Sharonda Coleman DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families. With advanced clinical training and a strong background in nursing, Coleman specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.
She earned her nursing degree from several different colleges (Lutheran School of Nursing (Diploma RN), SIUE (BSN) and later completed a Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus on Family Practice at Chamberlain University. Coleman has over 20+ years in healthcare. Coleman is board-certified and brings experience in primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management.
At Haven Kares, Coleman focuses on building trusting relationships with patients while promoting health education, disease prevention, and overall wellness. She believes in a collaborative approach to care and works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term health.
Outside of the clinic, Coleman enjoys traveling the world, spending time with her family and remains active in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in healthcare.
